Paquin Entertainment Group is seeking an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Manager, Digital Marketing the Integrated Marketing Coordinator is responsible for email and SMS marketing while supporting broader marketing efforts through asset creation, website updates, social media scheduling, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, data-driven marketer who blends creative storytelling with analytical insights to optimize engagement and results, leveraging multiple digital strategies to drive awareness and maximize ticket sales.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Lead the development and execution of all email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
  • Perform render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure that emails are rendering correctly for the majority of the subscriber base.
  • Ensure all email and SMS campaigns follow international compliance laws (e.g., GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM) and monitor frequency to minimize database churn.
  • Create detailed performance reports for digital campaigns, organic social, and email/SMS marketing, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Own and manage website edits, ensuring timely updates for content, promotions, and campaign support.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and create assets for digital campaigns, organic social, and email/SMS marketing.
  • Schedule organic social posts to support ongoing campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and optimizing chatbot integrations and responses to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, bringing forward new ideas to improve campaign performance and engagement.
  • The ability to Create, edit, and publish original and engaging content.

Competencies/Skills Knowledge/Experience/ Behaviours:

  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing email and SMS marketing programs, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL).
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Klavyio).
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, Adobe DreamWeaver, Photoshop, WordPress, and other CMS.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles to support website content and campaign strategies.
  • Experience with SQL or similar queries is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, provide insights, and make performance-driven recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations to support detailed campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Salary range: $50,000 – $58,000

Working conditions: Full-time, hybrid position based in Winnipeg, MB
