We are always looking for volunteers to help us with various tasks within the film group, and we are always happy to share any opportunities we come across with our list of volunteers as well.
When volunteering within the Winnipeg Film Group, volunteers are eligible to earn production credits the equivalent of $15.50 per hour worked when approved by production center staff. These credits can be applied towards equipment and facility rentals as long as you have a valid membership with a production add-on.
Earned production volunteer credits can be used by the member who has earned the credits or be transferred to another current production center member (with a current production add-on). Accrued volunteer credits expire automatically after one year, or on expiry of membership; in the event a member lets their membership lapse for more than one month, any accumulated credits automatically expire.
