It’s a thrill to be bringing the Panel Mural Program back for Wall-to-Wall’s 8th year of Winnipeg’s biggest mural festival!

The Panel Mural Program allows for artists of different disciplines to submit a digital file of their artwork to be printed onto panels and installed safely within Treaty 1 Territory / Winnipeg, Manitoba ( so-called “Canada”).

Through this digital/online submission process, Wall-to-Wall can keep artists locally, nationally, and internationally connected to the public while remaining safe at home. Through this digital/online submission process, Wall-to-Wall can keep artists locally, nationally, and internationally connected to the public while remaining safe at home. ⠀

Wall-to-Wall Mural & Culture Festival and its founders, Synonym Art Consultation and Graffiti Art Programming, are committed to providing meaningful employment and mentorship opportunities to artists and musicians and to facilitate the celebration of art and culture with unique, inclusive, community-minded events that serve as safer spaces for all.

We at Wall-to-Wall are committed to curation that uplifts artists, mentors, musicians, and performers belonging to under-supported communities, particularly those who identify as Black, Indigenous, Afro-Indigenous, People of Colour, 2SLGBTQIA+, artists with disabilities, and any and all people who fall within these intersections.
