deadline: January 30, 2020

We are looking for visual artists to exhibit their work in this beautiful natural setting and experience a truly unique outdoor gallery. Here’s your chance to create something that will inspire and engage our audience!

Our theme for 2020 is Trees. Trees are a beautiful part of our festival site in Birds Hill Park. They provide shade and shelter from the elements as well as create habitats for the many creatures who share their home with us during the festival. We will be celebrating trees in 2020 by continuing to care for the trees and planting new ones to ensure there is a healthy canopy for years to come. We invite you to submit proposals that explore and celebrate trees as well as other project ideas that would be positive additions to the site.

Work can be installed in open fields, trees, tents, or on fences. Considerations should include safety, ease of installation and removal, lasting impact on the natural environment, and the ability of the work to withstand sun, wind, rain, and curious patrons/children. Artists are responsible for installing and removing work.
