If there’s one thing Winnipeg thrives on, it’s a good event — something that brings the city to life. In between? Crickets.
Until now.
BREATH / JAZZ / POETRY is shaking things up. This isn’t just another night out — it’s an elevated experience brimming with creative talent and real connection. Think: a night out that gives you everything you want.
Unlike most Winnipeg events, you won’t find any long drink lines here. We’re running two intimate shows (early 7:00 / late 8:45), capped at 25 tickets each. Once they’re gone, there’s no getting in at the door.
Cas will guide us through a breathwork session to set the scene and ground us in the moment. Our band — Christian, Ben, James, and Julian — are bringing the energy of a moody jazz bar downtown. Winnipeg’s friendliest it girl, Tay Aly Jade, sets the scene as MC. And twelve hot new writers take the stage, some for the very first time.
It all goes down at Saintuary Bar & Cafe, the city’s hottest new cocktail bar. You heard that right — cocktails. Saintuary will be serving up their brand new nighttime food and drinks, so you’ll get first dibs on the menu. If you’re a VIP guest, you’ll get 1 free drink and 1 free food item with your ticket – granting you and your crew exclusive service to your table and a prime view of the show.
