Leading4Impact is a co-learning opportunity designed to increase your ability to plan, implement and sustain organizational planning and evaluation practices.
Leading4Impact equips you with change management knowledge, theories and approaches to effectively guide planning and evaluation initiatives.
Focused on strengthening your organization’s planning and evaluation culture, Leading4Impact will explore:
– how change impacts, and is affected by, individuals and organizations
– how to unlock resistance to change
– how to support and motivate individuals and teams
What to Expect
Over 6 months (October 2020 – March 2021), you will use change management theories and approaches to build your organization’s planning and evaluation culture. As part of a leadership cohort, you will share and learn from each others’ experience and perspectives, while accessing one-on-one coaching support.
