We have developed a series of diverse and relevant online spring classes to reach out and support individuals and their communities. We are thinking of you during this time of social distancing and life adjustments resulting from the current global health concern. Increased time spent at home can add additional stressors, however, it is also an opportunity to increase reflective and creative time. The courses are a mixture of experiential processes, information, and healing-based learning to support and enhance connection, well-being and creativity. We welcome you to meet our inspiring instructors – experts in their fields – who bring humour, compassion and joy to their work. No prior experience required to participate. In particular, we welcome participants from smaller rural and Northern communities to participate, as the online access connects us more effortlessly.
Now is a wonderful time to learn and stay connected through the healing power of the arts. Please take good care of yourselves and each other.
