Administrative Officer – Eckhardt-Gramatté National Music Competition

The Administrative Officer oversees the day-to-day operations of the Eckhardt-Gramatté National Music Competition (E-Gré) and supports the Board in implementing its policies and initiatives. Reporting to the Board and working closely with the Artistic Director, the Administrative Officer manages the competition process, communications, finances, grant applications and logistics for the Competition and Winner’s National Tour.

The E-Gré is a non-profit organization and registered charity dedicated to advancing Canadian and contemporary music and supporting emerging Canadian artists.

Ideal Candidate:

Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong music knowledge, communication and administrative skills. Preferred qualifications: B. Mus, B.B.A. (Bachelor of Business Administration) or equivalent. A combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered. We welcome applicants of all ages (18+), backgrounds, gender identities and expressions to apply. People from historically underrepresented and equity-deserving groups are especially welcome.
