If you’re in need of a space for events and meetings, Creative Manitoba offers private offices, board rooms, hot desks, and more. Make connections, share ideas, be inspired, and move your creative venture forward! Creative Manitoba has various office spaces available to rent to individuals and organizations of any shape and size! Ideal for small organizations, startups, creative teams, and freelancers seeking a welcoming and functional workspace.
Only need a temporary space? We have open cubicles with desks and wi-fi access waiting for those who just need a little extra room to spread out. These spaces are available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Starting at $25/day, they can be booked with a minimum rental agreement of $100.
Zoom/live streaming technology with Meeting Owl can be added to your rental for a surcharge. ($55/daily for members, $82.50/daily for non-members)
Our Zoom Pro account may be rented by members without a room rental for virtual meetings, depending on availability ($27.50 for a 2-hour minimum, $11/hour for every additional hour).
All bookings have a 2-hour minimum and an 8-hour daily maximum.
Day rate assessed for bookings over 5 hours. Hourly rate assessed for bookings under 5 hours.
For events that do not fall under regular daytime, evening, or weekend rates, a $27.50/hour staffing surcharge may be added.
All rental spaces are furnished as-is.
Private office and hot desk rentals require a 50% deposit to be applied towards the first month’s rent prior to move-in. Hot desks must be booked for a minimum $100 block of time.
Rentals are confirmed once full payment has been made.
Rentals that are cancelled up to two weeks prior to booking will receive a 75% refund.
Rentals that are cancelled up to one week prior to booking will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued to renters who cancel within one week of their booking.
Last-minute bookings made within 1 week of the event are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for renters who do not show up for their booking.
Creative Manitoba reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings due to weather, natural disasters, or conflict with Creative Manitoba activity. A full refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Creative Manitoba assumes no liability with any personal property situated in the licensed area or in the building. It is advised that each individual tenant shall obtain commercial general liability insurance, employer’s liability, and worker’s compensation insurance during the term of a lease.

Please note, this door is always locked and unfortunately is not a power door. To have this door unlocked and/or to receive assistance during office hours Tuesday-Friday 10am-3pm, call 204-927-2787. (If you are attending an event outside of office hours, please make arrangements in advance.)
Our bathrooms are single-stall, gender-neutral, and accessible, although they do not have power doors.
Creative Manitoba is a scent-reduced environment.
