The Pas Helping Hands 4-H Club

The Pas Helping Hands 4-H Club is a boys' and girls' club with a focus on agriculture. The leadership development pillars are the root of the 4-H program, including community engagement and communications, science and technology, the environment and healthy living and sustainable agriculture and food security. 4-H'ers are always excited to Learn To Do By Doing.
Helping Hands fundraises throughout the year by supporting The Pas Arts Council as well as hosting markets and sales. The Club has a thriving community garden which provides many opportunities for workshops, events, produce sales, and more.

Manitoba Choral Association

Manitoba Choral Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting, strengthening, and promoting the choral arts in Manitoba. We do this by:
- providing resources for choral singers, groups, and leaders of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities;
- supporting and celebrating choral musicians and contributors through awards and scholarships;
- advocating on behalf of the Manitoba choral community;
- fostering provincial, national, and international connections and cooperation;
- presenting high-quality artistic, cultural, and educational programs and events;
- promoting members’ concerts and events within the Manitoba choral community;
- encouraging the composition of choral music by Manitoba composers; and
- providing opportunities for all Manitobans to experience and enjoy choral music.

Manitoba - Winnipeg

The Herdsman House in Neubergthal

The Herdsman House in Neubergthal Artist Residence and Guest House is in a national historic Mennonite Street village in Neubergthal, Manitoba, Canada. It is privately owned and operated by Margruite and Paul Krahn and has been hosting artists of various disciplines since 2015. Margruite is a visual artist, curator, and host of the Herdman House. Paul maintains the buildings and acts as soundman and technician.
With the guidance of Restoration Workshop/Parks Canada, and funding support from the provincial heritage governing body, Paul and Margruite restored and renovated the only remaining village herdsman cottage (c. 1880s) in Canada, as well as a 1927 barn into their home, studio, and 140 seat venue.
The Herdsman House facilitates space for visual artists/photographers, writers/playwrights, performing arts, musicians, educators, curators, culture and heritage.
