Human Resources often get neglected in small arts organizations, how does HR stack up in your workplace? This spring, Creative Manitoba has partnered with Dr. Lana Adeleye-Olusae to facilitate HR sessions with small arts organizations.

This HR development program starts with organizational and staff assessment of current practices and procedures, with recommendations and support to develop future practices based on assessment results. It also includes one-on-one coaching tailored to the organization’s needs with templates provided for handbooks and policy books. At the end of the program, a presentation will be made to organizational staff on findings, new procedures and policies to ensure transparency, accountability and comfort.

For organizational members of Creative Manitoba, this program is entirely FREE and open to any Manitoba-based arts organization!
