The School of Art Gallery at the University of Manitoba is hiring a Collections & Exhibitions Coordinator.
This full-time, permanent position supports exhibitions, publications, and the care and management of the Gallery’s collection. Working closely with artists, curators, and the broader community, the role is central to the planning and delivery of exhibitions and related programming.
Responsibilities include coordinating artwork loans and logistics, preparing condition reports, assisting with installation and deinstallation, supporting publications, and contributing to the ongoing care and documentation of the Gallery’s collection. The position also supports public-facing programming and events connected to exhibitions.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in gallery or museum contexts and a strong interest in collections and exhibition work.

The School of Art Gallery is a contemporary art gallery at the School of Art, University of Manitoba that presents exhibitions by local, national, and international artists.
