In the Mind’s Eye: Creativity and Mental Wellness Through Art

At the Pinawa Art Gallery, we believe art has the power to open hearts, challenge stigma, and strengthen community. This exhibition brings together artists of all ages and genres to share deeply personal work that sparks honest conversations about mental wellness while celebrating extraordinary talent. By offering meaningful public engagement, we support artists in stepping confidently into professional roles within our rural community. Through weeks of exhibition, dialogue, and knowledge-sharing, we aim not only to inspire and educate, but also to build lasting partnerships between artists, arts organizations, and the public — creating a more connected, informed, and compassionate community for all.
