This two-day, in-person workshop led by Natasha Tony, CEO of Elevate Inclusion Strategies, equips producers, supervisors, production managers, department heads, and other key decision-makers in the media production industry with tools to lead more inclusive productions.
Through interactive training, participants will learn to foster cultural and psychological safety, address systemic barriers, and apply inclusive leadership practices to hiring, conflict resolution, and workplace dynamics.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion after the workshop.
This training is in partnership with DGC Manitoba, ICG Local 669, IATSE Local 856, and ACTRA Manitoba.
