Join us for Matter’s first exhibit of 2026, Recurrence, a solo exhibit by our featured artist, Q (they/them).

Recurrence is an exhibit that looks at connections between repetition and comfort. Many people find comfort in routine; in knowing what comes next.
Q uses bold colours, contrasts, and patterns in an effort to elicit a comfortability that can feel hard to grasp at times.
