Volunteer Opportunities

Arts West Council is a long-standing organization of volunteers who are interested in the development of the visual arts in the Westman Region of Manitoba. Our mandate includes fostering art with cultural integrity and for more than 30 years we have been sponsoring the following major programs annually: the Westman Region Juried Art Show, the Travelling Gallery, and the Artists’ Retreat at Camp Wannakumbac in Riding Mountain National Park. In the fall of 2025 we will also be bringing instructed workshop opportunities to Westman Region rural communities.

We are seeking volunteers to join our Board and help us with our vision in a variety of capacities. Board meetings are held every month or so in Brandon, Manitoba. Interested?
