We are looking for a skilled Facilitator to guide youth (15-24 years old) in creating multimedia content addressing gender-based violence (GBV) in their
communities. *Experience with GBV is preferred but not required.

Are you the right fit?

You should have experience with youth & at least one of these:

– Filmmaking techniques & smartphone cinematography

– Scriptwriting/storyboarding

– Social media strategy & content creation

– Theatre, performance

– Graphic design & digital tools

*Access to a car and a valid driver’s licence is required.

What you’ll do:

Lead 3 hands-on workshops where young creators develop films, campaigns, and performances that challenge harmful norms.

– Facilitate brainstorming sessions with youth to generate ideas for multimedia content

– Provide hands-on training on various media production techniques (e.g., social media content creation)

– Guide youth through the production of short films, social media campaigns, and live performance scripts

Time commitment: Three (3) workshops of 2-3 hours each
