We are currently looking to add a Booking Administration Assistant to our team. This is an entry level position that will require the candidate to work in office minimum 3 days per week.
Job Description:
Deposit Administration
- Review and process all incoming deposits from bank accounts
- Track and update Quickbooks with deposits received
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Send daily deposit updates to administrative staff
- Monitor outstanding deposits and flag discrepancies or missing payments
Contract Processing
- Process signed contracts received
- Notify administrative staff of any unusual or non-standard contract changes
- Process fully executed contracts
- Ensure contracts are properly filed and distributed internally
- Assist in tracking outstanding contracts and following up when necessary
Ticket Count Administration
- Request ticket counts from promoters and venues that are not automatically
- Process incoming ticket counts
- Track overdue ticket counts and follow up
