Canadian Plains Gallery promotes the highest quality art of Manitoba’s premiere Indigenous Artists with a wide selection of quality and cultural gifts for yourself or for others founded by Jacques St Goddard.

Jacques St. Goddard is a Métis artist, event planner, arts advocate, cultural speaker, entrepreneur, and founder/CEO of Winnipeg’s Canadian Plains Gallery, which he has been running for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Jacques has empowered hundreds of Indigenous artists through portfolio development, providing gallery space, and boosting Indigenous culture globally.  The gallery recently moved into a larger space in the Exchange District at B1-290 Mcdermot Ave, allowing it to support the careers and accommodate the burgeoning roster of Indigenous artists. The enlarged space also allows Jacques to do what he does best: bring people together. Jacques has expanded his repertoire by hosting workshops, live music events, First Friday Gallery openings, and Red City Voices, evenings of sharing Indigenous stories and poetry with Indigenous writers.
