• Originally from Northern Ontario, Kelsey began her career with the Geraldton Music Jamboree and graduated from the Music Business Management program at Durham College in 2009. Since then, she has spent time with various companies such as RGK Entertainment, CARAS / The JUNO Awards & MusiCounts, Paquin Artists Agency, and Birthday Cake Media. Currently, Kelsey operates Swamper Entertainment, her own admin, logistics, and artist consulting business, where she offers structure, clarity, and execution to complex projects—especially live events, touring, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. Newly appointed as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Manitoba Music, Kelsey brings with her over 20 years of industry experience and is deeply committed to artist development and advocacy for fair policy, wellness, and safe, sustainable careers.
