Calls for Submissions

OurToba Film Network’s Reel Brews speaker series returns on June 28th 2026. This time, we will be in conversation with Leslie Supnet, a moving image artist, educator, and arts administrator. This is a valuable opportunity for those interested in learning from an experienced independent filmmaker whose practice spans various media (animation, analog film/video, etc) and whose work has been screened at TIFF, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Flaherty NYC, and many others.

Reel Brews speakers series fosters direct engagement with industry leaders in an informal setting, allowing participants to network and gain valuable insights into navigating the film sector. The discussions are participant-led, ensuring that conversations are tailored to participants’ needs and provide a meaningful exchange of information.

The event will occur at the Artspace Boardroom (Located on the 4th floor) at 100 Arthur Street from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
