Sunbelt Rentals -the fastest growing rental business in North America- is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative is empowered to provide exceptional, professional and efficient service to all customers in the rental of construction/industrial equipment and store items. This role exemplifies the Sunbelt Promise of reliability, availability and ease to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between Sunbelt Film & TV and our customers for long and short format productions
- Work closely with the business leaders to ensure a stellar customer experience at all levels of production
- Advise of any issues likely to affect the quality of service that we provide to our customers
- Including but not limited to the sourcing and rental of specialized, location and short-stocked equipment
- Review returns applied to inventory management system by Rentals Desk staff to ensure accuracy
- Assist the other members of the team including WSE and LES from other WFW markets as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Robust computer skills, Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years’ experience with Data Base/inventory management systems
- Project/task management applications (Salesforce considered an asset)
- Minimum 5 years CSR-related experience
- Knowledge of film industry equipment an asset(Lighting, Grip, Power, Cable and distribution and Dimming/lighting control)
- Willing and able to work outside of regular hours, when necessary
- Sales experience considered an asset
