ALL ACCESS 365 — Concours de pitch de courts métrages de 10 000$ présenté par RBC — Live Pitch

The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), the Centre culturel franco-manitobain (CCFM) and On Screen Manitoba (OSM) are pleased to present the inaugural Concours de pitch de courts métrages de 10,000$ présenté par la Banque Royale du Canada. An independent pre-selection jury has selected five emerging Franco-Manitoban filmmakers to advance to the in-person pitch competition, which will take place on Thursday, March 7 at 7 p.m. (doors open at 6:30) at CCFM followed by a reception – the first All Access 365 event.

Each finalist will present a three-minute pitch of their short film idea to a live audience and a jury of audiovisual production industry professionals. Each presentation will be followed by a three-minute question period from the jury. The jury will select one filmmaker to receive $10,000 towards the making of his or her film, courtesy of RBC; a $5,000 equipment rental credit from William F. White; a mentorship from the National Screen Institute – Canada; a $1,000 equipment rental credit from and a General Plus membership in the Winnipeg Film Group; $2,500 for sets, props, costumes and rental equipment from Talon Production Services; and a premiere screening of their film at All Access 2025, the annual audiovisual production industry forum produced by OSM. In addition, each finalist will receive a one-year membership to On Screen Manitoba and a one-day pass to All Access 2025.

The competition will be followed by a networking reception with special guests, appetizers and a cash bar. All are welcome to attend this free event, but advance registration is required as space is limited.

All Access is a forum produced by On Screen Manitoba, the only audiovisual production forum in Canada to offer programming for both English- and French-language markets in a single event. In an intimate setting, All Access facilitates connections between broadcasters, distributors, fund representatives and producers, writers, directors and other professionals in the audience.
