Intro to Fiddling

Are you a violin player who is interested in trying fiddling? Do you love the idea of playing traditional music and learning tunes by ear in a group? Intro to Fiddling invites current violin students who are playing at a grade 2 RCM or Suzuki late Book 1 and up to explore traditional Metis and Canadian fiddle music with Grandmaster Champion Patti Kusturok. Students will learn mostly by ear but may also include the use of tablature or sheet music. This is a mixed level class where older students can learn more advanced fiddling techniques and harmonies. All ages welcome!
