Mascha Halberstad, director of Oink, will explain the process of making her film. She’ll also talk about how she set up her own stop motion studio in the Netherlands with Marleen Slot, Holy Motion Studio, in 2020. Discover how Mascha made the puppets and props for her film and about the stop-motion process.
Mascha Halberstad is the director of her first feature film Oink. Of Mascha’s many projects, her animation series Picknick with Pie won the Cinekid KinderKast Fiction – Jury prize and her film Munya in Me won the Grand Jury Prize of BANFF World Media Festival in 2013. She and Marleen Slot started their own stop-motion studio in 2020, Holy Motion Studio
