Movement Lab

How wonderful it is to do what we do in the community with others! These sessions are an opportunity to cultivate curiosity in our individual practices by exchanging with other movement-based artists working in Winnipeg. These monthly sessions are designed as a flexible work/playroom for you as a mover/dancer to explore your ideas, present scores or frameworks to play with as a group, share a movement technique you’ve learned, share a work-in-progress for feedback, engage in a dialogue and connect as a community in a casual and practical setting. Each session will be guided by the curiosities brought forth that day by participating artists.
