Come check out the world premiere presentation of Sinking Ship! Written by Harry Rintoul Award-nominated playwright Ethan Stark, Sinking Ship is a modern gender-queer retelling of the Greek ferryman myth. Down by the River Styx, Charon is tasked with ferrying dead souls from the land of the living to the underworld. One day, Charon’s childhood best friend ends up on the boat, and Charon can not bear to be separated again. The Passenger, meanwhile, holds their own secrets and shame.
Absurd, magical, and heart-wrenching, Sinking Ship explores two people doing their best to avoid thinking about the hardest things while something looms just below the surface.
