Summer StudioWorks

Winnipeg Studio Theatre is hosting its 20th edition of Summer StudioWorks – a musical theatre intensive with training in “triple threat” technique: acting, singing, and dance to Jr. (ages 10-13) & Sr. (ages 14 & up) students. Guest instructors are Andrea Macasaet (Six on Broadway/Ma-Buhay @ Rainbow Stage), Connor Coughlin (NYC productions including Radio City’s Rockettes) and Chase Winnicky (RMTC’s Beautiful and Into the Woods).
Program offerings include vocal masterclasses, mock auditions, original & show choreography, scene work, improvisation and more! The weeklong program runs from 9:30 – 4:30 pm daily at U of W’s Asper Centre. Earlybird rate: $350.00 by May 31st/ Day rate: $100/day
We accept up to 24 students into the summer program through a brief placement process which may be arranged by contacting Brenda Gorlick directly.
Bursaries available based on merit and/or financial need.
