On Sunday, November 30th, the WJO joins Winnipeg’s 150 City of Song celebration with their Winnipeg Sings Along concert! We want you to sing your heart out with our big band as we play amazing hits from some of your favourite Winnipeg musical artists!
Along with our very talented special guests, Al Simmons and Sol James, we encourage you to sing along to some of the greatest prairie tunes of all time! Al will be performing some of his charming classics like IM4U and I Collect Rocks. Songs by some other amazing Manitoban artists include hits from Neil Young, BTO, Chantel Kreviazuk, Steve Bell, Rick Neufeld, and so much more! And we can’t forget fan favourites like Fred Penner’s The Cat Came Back and Bob Nolan’s Tumblin’ Tumbleweeds!
