From the North: The MCML Inuit Collection showcases work collected by the Crafts Guild of Manitoba during the late 1950s through the early 1970s when they were instrumental in the development of awareness of Inuit carving and artistic traditions in southern Canada. This exhibit features carvings from this early period, plus dolls, textile pieces and tools.

About the Artist My talent lay undiscovered for 47 years and at 50, it is starting to emerge. I enjoy creating art, I love working with alcohol inks on various substrates. I also enjoy painting flowers, landscapes and abstracts. I began painting after participating in a paint party night.
