Kamal Chioua

I am a Filipino-Canadian emerging actor and creative storyteller/filmmaker passionate about bringing authentic, emotionally grounded characters to life. My work is driven by a belief that stories have the power to connect people across cultures, inspire empathy, and spark meaningful conversations.

Growing up between cultures has shaped my perspective and fuels my interest in portraying diverse experiences with honesty and depth. Whether performing on screen, collaborating with fellow artists, or developing my craft through continuous training, I am committed to creating work that resonates with audiences and reflects the richness of our shared humanity.

I’m a self taught Cree and German artist whose work blends photography and digital design. A lot of my inspiration comes from travel, skateboarding, and the people and places I encounter along the way. Through my work, I explore ideas around memory, place, and the connections that shape our experiences. I’ve had the opportunity to exhibit in cities like Bangkok, New York, Miami, and Mexico City. I enjoy bringing my work into everyday life through apparel, stickers, and collaborative projects that invite people to connect with what I create.
