Thank you so much for applying to our rural mentorship program. You will also receive a confirmation with a copy of your application to the email you provided in the form. Reminder your proposed mentor must also submit their form for your application to be complete and considered.

The first stage of the assessment process will take place within 3 weeks of receiving a complete application, and all applicants will be notified of the status of their application after this timeframe.
