In this workshop on Creative Confidence, we will explore the inner world of us artists and why it can seem so scary to follow your heart. You will learn how to recognize thoughts of fear (your inner critic) and love (your intuition) in your body and what they might be saying to you. We will explore what part they play in your creative process and how you can strengthen your relationship with each.

Jessica WatsonPresenter: Jessica Watson is a coach, artist, entrepreneur and passionately curious person. Movement and music have been her art obsessions and she coaches and choreographs programs for several synchronized figure skating teams around Winnipeg. Jessica is also a certified life coach who helps artists break free of their limiting beliefs and habits and create the life they have been imagining for themselves.
