Managing creative projects with co-workers and collaborators has become the essential skills to master in the digital age. Being strategic, assigning responsibility and maintaining healthy flow is vital to any successful partnership but challenges are ever present.

With all this radical change we are experiencing and the explosion of digital platforms that facilitate remote collaboration, there has never been a better time to explore our options.

Join us as we explore how to effectively manage and communicate with small teams through a creative project’s life-span and discuss some software options.

Topics Covered
    •Effective planning
    •Delegating roles
•Choosing the right tools for the job
    •Delivering on schedule

Collaboration is always more than just the latest software, it is about organizing the strengths of your team members arriving at consensus and delivering a final product you can be proud of. To succeed in this new mode of work, we must leverage vast sums of information, choose the right tools and create meaningful connections with our remote teams.
